Is any relationship between RRC-IDLE and ECM-IDLE states ?

RRC layer maintains two states, RRC-IDLE and RRC-CONNECTED. Similarly, MME maintains following states.
1. EMM-DEREGISTERED
2. EMM-REGISTERED
3. ECM-IDLE
4. ECM-CONNECTED

Once UE releases RRC connection with eNodeB it RRC state move to RRC-IDLE and at the same time, connection state moves from ECM-CONNECTED to ECM-IDLE at MME. In ECM-IDLE state, when downlink data arrives at SGW, it sends indication to MME. As result , MME initiates paging for UE.

What will be the behaviour of EnodeB with MME after receiving RRC Connection Reestablishment Complete message???

Which message EnodeB will communicate to MME after Receiving the Reestablishment Complete message from UE. what else messages will transverse between EnodeB and MME, before sending Reconfiguration message to UE from EnodeB after Reestablishment complete message has been received at EnodeB.

LTE: Why UE does not "attach complete" message along with "RRC Connection Reconfiguration Complete" ?

During attach procedure, UE sends "Attach Request" along with "RRC Connection Setup Complete", eNodeB sends "Attach Accept" along with "RRC Connection Reconfiguration then why UE does not send "Attach Complete" along with "RRC Connection Reconfiguration Complete" message ? What could be the reason for defining the messages so ?
