Session binding AVP may be included in diameter AVP answer messages by authorization server. It is used to communicate to client that it is maintaining a session and in case of failure, it should contact to same server for re-authorization.
Session binding AVP is of type Unsinged 32.

I gone through the RFC4006 but didnt get the context of below paragraph

Certain applications require multiple credit-control sub-sessions.
These applications would send messages with a constant Session-Id
AVP, but with a different CC-Sub-Session-Id AVP. If several credit
sub-sessions will be used, all sub-sessions MUST be closed separately
before the main session is closed so that units per sub-session may
be reported. The absence of this AVP implies that no sub-sessions
   are in use.

But here my question is
1. What could be the types of Multiple credit-ontrol Sub-session?
2. How can we include different cc-sub-session-ID for each sub-session, please give me an example with message structure using CCR message.

When the credit of a prepaid subscriber is exhausted, as specified in the 3GPP Diameter spec for Gy interface (32.229), the OCS can instruct the PGW to redirect the user traffic to a TopUp server.
It is done by the OCS by setting the value of the Final-Unit-Action AVP to the Redirect value (1) and providing the Redirect-Server AVP in the CCA (Credit Control Answer) Diameter message.
Are we talking about standard HTTP redirection?
Can this traffic redirection work in case of HTTPS user traffic?

What are the encrypted AVPs and significance of these. How encryption is enabled between the two diameter nodes ? Is there any separate message to enable encryption between the nodes ?

As far as I know, PCRF does the Session binding and PCEF responsible for Bearer binding.
Pls explain with examples of practical scenario.
