I think Device-Watchdog-Request and Device-Watchdog-Answer messages can not be relayed. It is just used between two peers to detect transport level failure.

CER/CEA/DPR/DPA/DWR/DWA can't be relayed.

I was going through rfc3588 and could not understand when a Diameter Server/Agent adds Error-Reporting -Host AVP within the answer message.

Is there anyway I can take a capture of Diameter message from Google Chrome through my PC if I browse any pages.

Just for curiosity, I want to see a real network traffic from Chrome Browser when I browse for any pages. I want to see Diameter Messages if I want to take a capture on Wireless Network Connection from Wireshark. If it possible kindly suggest the conditions on which it can be captured?
